ABOUT TARA
Tara Nadolny is a film and television producer and developer living in Brooklyn, NY. She has a diverse skill set has worked on feature documentaries, digital shorts, branded projects, and hundreds of hours of unscripted television. Tara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies and German Language from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and a Masters Degree in Media Studies from The New School in New York. She speaks English and German.

Develop and present internal IP for network and branded content for internal platforms. Evaluate and assist in the development of pitches from third party production companies. Manage creative across pilots and current series.

VICE MEDIA, COORDINATOR CURRENT SERIES

Coordinator working with four executive producers across approximately 20 shows at any given time for the VICELAND Network. Tracked production and post production schedules, facilitated creative review, watched down cuts, and aided communication between the network and production teams.

Common good production, Associate Producer / researcher
August 2011 - December 2015
A little bit of everything! Scheduled shoots, hired crew, booked travel, and assisted on location as needed with everything from B cam to transportation. In post production prepared projects for editors in AVID 8.0 and Final Cut Pro 7 and acted as an assistant editor through post. Research both for new stories and topics during development and pre production, and as an archival researcher during post. Other responsibilities included grant writing, archival clearance, social media campaigns, and web maintenance and design.
